All in-game items are delivered on the Atlantic shard by default. If you’d like delivery on a different shard, please contact us beforehand to arrange it. To receive your items, simply join our Discord and open a support ticket, and we’ll coordinate the delivery with you.
2. How are key codes delivered?
Once your purchase is complete, key codes for game time, sovereigns, expansions, packs, boosters, and character slots are delivered to the email address you provided. You can also view your codes on the Orders page in My account on our website. Key codes are typically sent within 1 hour, but please allow up to 12-24 hours during busy times. We recommend redeeming your code within 72 hours to ensure a smooth experience.
3. What should I do if I have a problem with my purchase?
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us through our Discord before considering a chargeback or dispute. We’re here to help, and we’ll work with you to resolve any concerns fairly.
