All items, currency, and key codes sold through UOMerchant.com are virtual goods intended for use exclusively within Ultima Online. There are no physical products associated with your purchase, and nothing will be physically shipped. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you understand and agree to the nature of these virtual items.
2. Key Code Delivery, Activation, and Redemption
Key codes for game time, Sovereigns, expansions, packs, boosters, and character slots are delivered to the email address you provide during checkout. You can also view these codes in your customer panel on our website. Key codes are usually delivered within 1 hour, but please allow up to 12-24 hours during busy times.
How to Activate Your Key Code:
To activate any keys provided:
* Visit the Ultima Online account management website at https://accounts.eamythic.com/subscription/list.
* Log in to the account you wish to add the key to.
* Select the Activate Key option for that account.
* Enter the provided key code into the activation field and follow the on-screen instructions.
Activation Period: We guarantee each key code’s validity! If there is a problem with your purchase, reach out to us and we will help!
3. In-Game Item Delivery
All in-game items purchased from UOMerchant.com are delivered within Ultima Online, typically on the Atlantic shard. If you need delivery on a different shard, please contact us before your purchase to confirm availability.
To arrange in-game item delivery, please join our Discord server at https://uomerchant.com/discord and open a support ticket. Instructions for creating a ticket are available upon joining the server, either in the welcome message or in the #information channel. In-game item delivery arrangements are coordinated through this process.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
All sales are final once virtual goods are delivered. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly through our Discord server at https://uomerchant.com/discord as soon as possible. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
